The Strong Mom Edit: Postpartum Essentials

Thoughtfully curated tools for recovery, comfort, and everyday strength after birth.

This edit includes the postpartum essentials I’ve personally used, trusted, or recommended as a mom and coach.

No trends. No overwhelm. Just supportive tools that help you feel more comfortable, nourished, and capable during the postpartum season.

RECOVERY AND COMFORT

  1. Supportive Bed Rest Pillow
This pillow was a need, not a want for me during postpartum. Staying propped up made laying down, resting, and getting out of bed far more comfortable, especially in the early days.t’s very supportive without feeling stiff, and I appreciated having proper back support when feeding, resting, or just sitting upright. I continue to use it beyond postpartum for reading and relaxing in bed, which makes it a long-term staple.

2. Postpartum Belly Support Band
This was helpful for feeling more supported through my core during the early postpartum phase. It provided gentle compression without feeling restrictive, which made everyday movement feel more comfortable.

I liked using this during light activity and daily routines when I wanted extra support while my body continued to recover.

3. Cozy Heating Pad
This extra-soft electric heating pad was a go-to for me during postpartum relaxing moments — especially on sore muscles after long days holding or nursing. The warmth felt comforting without being overwhelming, and the plush design made it easy to curl up with while reading or resting.

I kept this nearby all through the early weeks and still reach for it when I want gentle, soothing warmth at the end of the day.
